• CAP-PR Memberships are available to U.S. based agencies that are part of the national Community Action Agencies network, including:
• Regional Community Action Associations
• Community Services Block Grant recipients
• Community Development Corporations
• Community-focused NonProfits serving a CAA network
• Headstart Agencies 

With a Basic CAP-PR Membership, agencies receive 10 hours of PR consulting, copywriting and training; and two news releases. Click on PR Services to see a detailed list of CAA Public Relations services. Quotes or estimates for Custom PR Campaigns or Crisis Management & Communications services can be provided upon request.

CAP-PR Membership Rates are renewable yearly - based on annual CAA budgets:
